Mallory Munn, MBA, CMC, is a Columbia native with more than 17 years in senior care. As the founder of Expertus Care and one of only eight Certified Care Managers in the Midlands, she helps families navigate aging with compassion and clarity.
Mary Katherine Bagnal, Vice President
Mary Katherine Bagnal, MSW, CMC, CGC, has dedicated her career to supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities. She founded and led Senior Matters Extended Services until 2019, and after a brief retirement, is returning to support families.
